ORDER POLICY
Customer orders are shipped in the order they are received. We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner, but due to seasonal fluctuation, shipping time may vary. |

To allow us to best serve you, a call or email before you come helps us give you the fastest, most complete service. |
Company Policy
SPECIAL ORDERS
A 50% deposit maybe required on special orders. Some special orders may be subject to cancellation charge. Balance due on pick up of order. |
ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 business days on any discrepancies/damage or we cannot be responsible for errors. |
RETURNED CHECKS
There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. |
STATE SALES TAX
We do not charge you sales tax on live bees. Sales tax is charged on all other products @ 5.725%. We are not responsible for taxes in states other than Missouri. |
FREIGHT CHARGES
You pay all freight charges. |
OVER PAYMENTS
Over payments will be refunded. |
DAMAGED FREIGHT
All merchandise is shipped "F.O.B. Shipping Point". This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to note the damage bill and contact us to file a claim. |
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
If you want to return an item, please contact us. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: 1) item must be in original carton and in good condition, 2) returned within 30 days of receipt, 3) returned to location of original purchase, 4) original receipt required, LIMITATIONS: 1) In some cases a 15% restocking fee will be charged. 2) No returns on perishable food items. EXCEPTION: If we goofed we will give full refund and pay the freight both ways. |
BACK-ORDERS
We do not back order any items. You can request being put on the mailing list. When the item becomes available you will be contacted via email or phone. The mailing list will be processed first before the item is made available to new customers. |
PRICES
Due to rapid changes in our economy today, all orders will be invoiced on the basis of prices which are in effect at the time of shipment. Please feel free to confirm prices at any time. |

Because conditions of use are beyond our control, we make no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that all products conform to the description provided on sales literature or product labels. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. |
