2024 Bear Hunting Event

I have 2 options for the 2024 special bear hunting event. A full season event pass and a daily event pass.
I have 5 areas on a 200 Acre tract for the special bear hunting event. In person recon is recommended and welcomed before the season starts.
The full season event pass is $1000 for a +/- 10 acre tract for the full 10 days. A $350 deposit is required. There are no refunds on the deposit but will be applied to the season event pass full price. Tree stands are not provided with this pass. Baiting is allowed. All bait in the hunting area will be removed 10 days prior to the start of the season.
The daily event pass is $175 per day with a 2 day minimum. Choose the days to hunt at checkout. Tree stands are provided.

2024 Bear Hunting Event Pass
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document,
Ronald Nunley (hereinafter called LANDOWNER) does hereby grant to ____________________ (hereinafter
called PERMITTEE) the right to access and hunt only the following game species: ___________
that may be found upon and harvested from the following property(s): Zone ____ (refer to attached map)
1. The term of this permit shall run from 30 minutes before sunrise on October ____ 2024 to 30 minutes after
sunset on October ____ 2024.
2. The PERMITTEE hereby agrees to:
a. Pay to the LANDOWNER in advance a an event pass deposit of $ __________ .
b. Abide by all Missouri and federal hunting regulations.
c. See that vehicles are driven only on established roads and to see that all gates are left as originally found.
d. Maintain a no hunting or shooting zone within 200 yards of any occupied building and around all other designated
areas.
e. Keep records of all game harvested and supply these records to the LANDOWNER.
f. Remove all structures placed or constructed by PERMITTEE from the property at termination of this lease unless
prearranged with LANDOWNER.
g. Abide by all written rules and regulations supplied at this onset of this agreement.
3. LANDOWNER will not authorize a number of persons in excess of 1 to hunt on this tract during the
period of this permit.
4. This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri.
I, the undersigned PERMITTEE, do hereby assume all risks associated with hunting (and/or any other intended activity)
and do hereby release and all their properties and their agents of any and all negligence.
